"I recently used this video conferencing platform as a participant in an online workshop. It was pretty interactive and fun to use! The hosts seemed to be able to use the platform smoothly and without too much of an issue. I'm not 100% sure how stable it is though when you have many people joining in from different parts of the world; some people in the workshop had audio connection issues. But, I think it's worth a try if you're looking to try something that's not ZOOM or Google Hangouts."

"I really like using Loom to share what I've been working on with my team leaders. Sometimes it's difficult to schedule a meeting with everyone, so recording a 5min loom, sending it over, and reading their comments (which are time stamped) has helped us out a lot. I think Loom has been adding more and more features which is great. The AI assist is also a nice touch, and I've never had any issues with the quality of the videos or screen recordings. Totally recommend you give 'em a try. :)"

"I used Figjam a lot during my bootcamp and still use it. It's great being able to collaborate with people quickly, move our ideas around with sticky notes, and upload images. I also think the built in timer feature is great for brainstorming. There are some fun little interactive elements in Figjam too, like the high-fiving and snapshots. Additionally, for my personal use I like being able to organize my thought process and mark up screenshots for research."

"As an educator, I don't have much time to create slides from scratch. Sure, I could use the ready made templates from Google slides, but I like the various designs that Slidesgo offers- even at the free level. You can download some of the templates for free and immediately use them in Google Slides or Power Point. I have my university students do quite a few presentations throughout the year, so this resource has been very useful for both my students and myself."
"It's convenient and ignites creativity! I just started using it, but I like how you can explore a lot of web design inspirations based on your needs (landing page, Sign up, etc) and your industry type. Additionally, they have a huge component library you can download from as well as templates. I'm using the free version, but the payment plans look useful!"

"I've never used a virtual space like this for online meetings before! To me, it feels quite unique and just like another Twork member said, it's fun. I will say though that at the beginning it may be a little confusing for new users to sign up- I ran into some issues when I had a meeting with a colleague of mine. They wanted to immediately open the website and join the meeting but they had to complete some questions/and set up an account. I think in the future if they make this process more efficient, the platform will improve a lot. But despite that, I really do think it's worth trying out! It's been fun using this for the remote work meetings I've had. You can also leave little notes to people throughout the virtual space. I like how you can also have "private" rooms that can only hold a certain number of people, or if you want, you can have a bigger space for group meetings."

"I used the free trial version of Dovetail for my bootcamp and I thought it was really useful in helping organize nuggets of information during user interviews and usability testing. I love how Dovetail was able to get an automatic transcript from zoom interview videos, allowing me to go in and quickly highlight and group insights. When I last used it, they also had an AI tool feature to help group insights as well. It wasn't that bad but I still think I was able to be more thorough group it myself. I definitely suggest trying out Dovetail and see how you like it! I know I did :)"
